Sams’ blog has been in the cue for some time now – my apologies in its delay!
There’s also been a noticeable delay on getting his SHOES onto my FEET!
I must fix that issue within the next week too I feel!

Now admittedly I do own a pair of Sam Eldeman knee high boots, which I wore out of respect to his event, only to be greeted with “THOSE are from 2 seasons ago.” – words quote/directly from his mouth!
Apparently he was appalled at my inability to stay updated and being behind is a clear theme where Sam Eldeman issues are concerned (lagging blog, last seasons boots and no current upgrades in my wardrobe!)
Now if I was to pull these miss-haps of un-timely occurrences together, gluing them back into place with the Red Packet my fiances Mum gave me (thanks Erna!) I would spend it on a pair of flats that I currently cant resist and are featured further down in this blog.

Sam was signing shoes from his new collection once bought, so there was a constant flurry of shop assistants, tissue paper and mirror hogging
A true pioneer of high heels, it’s not often (even at the beach where I find Wedges to be the best option) that I wear flats. But in Sam’s favour, I’m willing to turn a new corner…

Held at IFCs Lane Crawford, the shoe designer Sam Eldeman launched his new collection of neon heels with studded spines or full-toed-spikes. It was like a glamor-puss and a dinosaur came together, spawning these sexy yet boyish fantasy heels.

As it turns out, Jewellery designer, Ms Janeth Weil and myself wore the exact same boots (she has GREAT taste!)
So below we are posing for a photo together, although unfortunately, the person I passed my camera onto decided not to snap our boots (!!?)
Such a shame! But regardless, added a great amount of humor to the event!
