Standard Vintage X General Store // Tea for Two
A pop-up shop on a Friday evening – beers, vintage treats and HK back streets –
ahhhhh YES!!!
There’s nothing like an after-work-drink in a casual and new environment – so when Standard Vintage announced their collaborative Pop-Up-Shop with General Store I was absolutely going to be in-attendance.

General Store (a specialized antique boutique) and Standard Vintage have a combined appreciation for quality and originality, luxurious designers and their ability to bring us pieces that resonate with wearers whether worn in its original decade or in this current one.
This collaboration fused the two separate stores (on being on-line, the other based in SoHo) in appreciation for the yesteryear’s and an eye for fine craftsmanship.
Andy Chow, the buyer behind
STANDARD VINTAGE has not only a fabulous fashion sense but the ability to pick and choose from the mass amount of Japaneses and British vintage available, and pull simply one or two outstanding garments – he dresses himself and his customers with such stylish ease and dedication.
Andy stocks vintage designers by the likes of
Chanel,
Yves Saint Laurent,
Balmain and even then, picks and chooses from the very best, only bringing
real clothing in absolute mint condition.
